Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in Hospitality or Facilities Management to oversee HR operations, employee relations and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, manpower requirements and HR strategies.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions and exits.
• Oversee HR policies, procedures and compliance across multiple sites and business units.
• Support employee engagement, retention and organisational development initiatives.
• Provide HR guidance to management and ensure effective resolution of employee-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong experience in Hospitality or Facilities Management is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience managing large, diverse and multi-site workforces.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates who are immediately available and with UAE experience in high-volume, operational environments will be preferred.
