Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Oversee the full cycle of talent acquisition—from sourcing through onboarding—using HR systems such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Kenexa BrassRing or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Manage employee orientation programs, performance evaluations, and training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and engagement.
• Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance to ensure employee well-being and legal adherence.
• Lead change management efforts by facilitating communication across departments and supporting HR sourcing and workforce management projects.
• Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations, OSHA standards, HR legal requirements, and affirmative action planning.
• Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management skills while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
• Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, benefits administration, payroll processing, and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel for HR data collection, reporting, and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management capabilities with experience leading organizational change initiatives.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, workers' compensation procedures, and employment law compliance standards.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 per week
