Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Oversee talent acquisition processes from sourcing to onboarding using HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Taleo, or SAP SuccessFactors to attract top candidates.
• Manage employee orientation programs, performance evaluations, and training & development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and skills growth.
• Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, FMLA leave management, and ensure compliance with employment & labor laws.
• Lead change management efforts by guiding teams through organizational transformations while maintaining clear communication and employee support.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, applying conflict management techniques to resolve disputes effectively.
• Ensure HR legal compliance by staying current with OSHA regulations, employment law in talent management, affirmative action planning, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize data analysis tools like Excel for HR metrics reporting and support payroll processing accuracy through HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro.
• Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication channels and handling confidential information with integrity.

Experience

• Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating expertise in HR department functions and personnel administration.
• Strong background in human capital management practices including workforce planning, HR sourcing strategies, and organization design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects related to training & development, performance management, and employee evaluation processes.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing for data collection and reporting purposes.
• Excellent communication skills combined with conflict management abilities to effectively handle employee relations issues.
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management along with experience managing benefits administration and payroll processing.
• Ability to analyze data using Excel for decision-making purposes related to HR metrics and compliance reporting.
• Experience working with OSHA standards and managing workers’ compensation claims is preferred but not required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
