We’re Hiring: Human Resources Manager

Location: Lagos

This is not a routine HR role.

We are looking for a professional who can build structure, enforce standards, communicate clearly, and recruit high-performing talent that drives measurable results. Candidates must demonstrate a strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to enforce standards consistently. This role requires verifiable experience and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Management

Lead end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Operations, and Customer Service functions

Identify and attract high-performing candidates aligned with business needs

Conduct structured assessments, background checks, and verification processes

Prioritize candidates with experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality industries

2. HR Structure, Systems & Process Implementation

Develop, implement, and enforce HR structures, policies, and workflows

Ensure all departments operate within defined processes and reporting frameworks

Standardize onboarding, documentation, and operational procedures

3. Performance Management

Design and implement KPI-driven performance management systems

Monitor staff performance and enforce accountability across all roles

Ensure every employee has clearly defined, measurable deliverables

4. Communication & Reporting (Critical Function)

Provide accurate, timely, and data-driven HR reports to management

Maintain integrity and transparency in all reporting processes

Non-Negotiable Standard:

All reports must be factual, verifiable, and free from assumptions, misrepresentation, or guesswork.

5. Culture, Discipline & Compliance

Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and ownership

Address underperformance promptly and consistently

Ensure uniform HR standards across Abuja and Lagos operations

Requirements & Qualifications

1.Minimum of 5–8 years’ HR experience in a structured organization

2.Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is a strong advantage

3.Relevant HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent

4.Strong understanding of HR systems, policies, and performance frameworks

5.Excellent communication and reporting skills

6.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability

7.Ability to enforce standards and maintain discipline across teams

8.Must have verifiable work experience and proven performance outcomes
