HR Manager – 12-Month Contract

Location: Cork, Ireland

Working Arrangement: 5 Days Onsite (Flexible Hours)

We are recruiting an experienced HR Manager to join a leading multinational organisation in Cork on a 12-month contract.

This role is heavily focused on HR Operations, HRIS and Workday , including annual performance and compensation review processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations, systems and processes.
• Support Workday implementation and management.
• Coordinate annual performance and salary review cycles.
• Drive HR process improvements and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong HR Operations / HRIS experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience is essential.
• Experience with performance and compensation reviews.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• No previous technology or semiconductor industry experience required.
