Human Resources Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and continuous enhancement of compensation and ben-efits programs to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity and alignment with busi-ness objectives.
• Drive annual compensation review processes, including salary review, bonus planning, and incentive schemes.
• Conduct market benchmarking and rewards analysis, providing insights and recommen-dations on salary structures, pay positioning and benefits strategies.
• Oversee payroll operations and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a high-quality employee experience.
• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders on compensation-related matters, providing professional advice and data-driven recommendations.
• Manage workforce cost planning, HR budgeting, headcount reporting and compensation analytics to support business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency through automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree holder in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with strong focus on rewards and transformation
• Expertise in compensation benchmarking, design and implementation
• Strong analytical skills and a data driven mindset
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Change management experience and a track record of driving process improvements

Less experienced candidates will also be considered as the Assistant Human Resources Manager position.
