Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an empathetic, organized, and energetic HR Manager to take care of our crew. You will be responsible for leading recruitment, employee care and culture, compliance, talent development, and essential HR operations at Geriamed Recovery Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the Team: Lead recruitment, from spotting great talent to giving new hires a warm welcome on their first day
• Employee Care & Culture:  Act as the go-to person for staff, helping to resolve workplace issues and conflicts with empathy
• Keep Us Safe & Compliant: Make sure all operations strictly follow Malaysia Employment Act and labor laws and statutory requirements
• Grow Our Talents: Coordinate training programs and help managers run smooth, constructive performance check-ins
• Handle the Essentials: Oversee payroll inputs, leave tracking, and employee benefits

About you

• At least 3 to 5+ years of HR experience
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or a fast-growing team is a plus
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and hands-on experience running payroll or HR software
• A diploma or degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Genuine care about human connection and high emotional intelligence needed for a healthcare/recovery environment
