Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and people-oriented HR Manager to join our growing fitness business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and onboarding of gym staff, trainers, and front-desk executives.
• Managing attendance, payroll coordination, leaves, and employee records.
• Handling employee relations, grievances, and performance management.
• Ensuring HR policies, discipline, and smooth day-to-day staff operations.
• Developing HR processes to support business growth across gym locations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong recruitment and people-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and locations.
• Prior experience in the fitness, hospitality, or service industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
