What This Role Is About

Our client, a large FMCG organisation, is looking for an HR Manager, based in Johannesburg, to oversee day-to-day HR operations and support the organisation’s people agenda.

The role will cover core HR activities, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and processes while supporting employees and managers across the business. You will also contribute to payroll coordination and help maintain accurate HR records and consistent operational practices.

This is a hands-on opportunity for an HR professional who can manage daily priorities independently and work effectively within a large organisational structure.

The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 3 to 5 years of HR experience
• Experience managing day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters
• Exposure to payroll processes is highly preferred
• Experience within a large organisation, ideally FMCG, is an advantage
• Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage confidential information
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be based in Johannesburg, South Africa
