Compensation: $85,000–$140,000/annually depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as the primary HR partner for offices throughout the Carolinas.
• Lead sensitive employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Advise leadership on performance management, personnel decisions, and workforce planning.
• Coach managers on HR policies and effective people management.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
• Coordinate performance evaluations and compensation reviews.
• Champion employee engagement, policy consistency, and employment law compliance.

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of human resources experience
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and workplace investigations
• Law firm or professional services background strongly preferred
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
• Ability to support geographically dispersed offices and leadership teams
