Duties

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to maintain accurate employee data and streamline HR processes.
• Oversee recruitment efforts utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools to ensure efficient hiring workflows.
• Supervise HR team members and provide leadership in managing employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends related to workforce metrics, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction; present findings through clear reports and presentations.
• Facilitate onboarding programs, training sessions, and development initiatives to promote continuous learning.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies while fostering an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity.

Experience

• Proven management experience in human resources or related fields with a strong track record of supervising teams effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance standards.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with ATS platforms is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate insights clearly through reports and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of HR management best practices combined with excellent organizational skills.

Pay: £30,100.00-£60,500.00 per year
