Title - HR Manager/Supervisor

Location - San Jose, CA

Duration - Direct Hire / Fulltime

onsite 5 days.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 – 8 years of progressive HR experience with strong expertise in employee relations, workplace investigations, manager coaching, performance management and recruitment.

• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment activities and supporting rapid workforce growth.

• Previous HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

• Experience managing HR in a multi-site or global organization a plus.

• Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR data reporting.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and compliance requirements.

• Strong employee relations and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive and complex workplace matters.

• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to balance strategic HR responsibilities with hands-on operational support in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bilingual English and Chinese/Mandarin preferred.

Preferred Certifications:

• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD or equivalent HR certification preferred.
