KPG ROOFINGS is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources function, streamline HR operations, strengthen employee relations, and support the company's organisational growth.

Candidates with experience in roofing, manufacturing, construction materials, building materials, steel, aluminium, cement, or similar industries will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
• Handle recruitment, manpower planning, candidate selection, and workforce requirements.
• Oversee payroll processing, compensation and benefits, salary revisions, and full-and-final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF and ESI.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
• Implement performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to improve employee productivity.
• Work closely with management and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Prepare HR reports on headcount, attrition, recruitment, attendance, and employee performance.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Proven experience independently managing HR operations and employee-related matters.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll systems.
• Experience handling office employees as well as field, sales, production, or operational teams will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
