Human Resources Manager

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international business as they look to hire a hands-on HR Manager to own the full HR lifecycle for their European HQ.

As HR Manager, you will be close to the business and take ownership of everything from employee administration and payroll through to recruitment, performance management and expatriate support.

This role will be offered at 28-32 hours a week.

Responsibilities of HR Manager:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, HR administration and employee queries
• Coordinate monthly payroll, WKR and year-end audit preparation
• Manage expat relocation, visas, 30% ruling and mobility support
• Coordinate recruitment, assessments and the annual performance cycle
• Manage sickness absence and compliance
• Manage local benefits, including the company pension scheme
• Maintain HR systems, including the transition to Loket and ultimately Workday

Experience required:

• 5 years + experience in an all-round HR role within an international SME environment
• Strong practical knowledge of Dutch employment law, WKR and absence management
• Experience with payroll, expat support, visas and the 30% ruling
• Highly organized, hands-on and approachable, with a willingness to manage the detail yourself
• Experience with Dutch HR/payroll systems; Loket experience is a plus
• Fluent Dutch and English are essential
