Human Resources Manager

Role Description:

The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

The Human Resources Manager will handle day-to-day tasks such as coordinating hiring with department heads, maintaining accurate HR records, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment. The role also includes designing training and development initiatives, supporting organizational culture-building, and partnering with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to support growing operational and field teams.
• Proficiency in performance management, goal setting, and feedback processes to improve individual and team effectiveness.
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining an inclusive, respectful workplace.
• Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, HR compliance, and development of HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage compensation, benefits administration, and HR data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Proven skills in training design, facilitation, and career development planning for diverse employee groups.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; comfortable working closely with management and field teams.
• Experience with digital HR systems, paperless processes, and HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in real estate, renewable energy, or related industries.
