OFFICIAL JOB TITLE: People & Culture Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Development Manager to lead our HR operations, employee development, and organizational culture initiatives while supporting business growth and workforce engagement.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, including at least 5 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and Independent Contractor (VA) regulations
• Experience in workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and performance management
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or similar process improvement background is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic HR leadership and drive EOS implementation using the IDS method
• Lead training, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
• Oversee compensation, benefits, performance reviews, and remote-work programs
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, compliance, workforce planning, and contractor relations
• Monitor retention, engagement trends, and employee well-being initiatives
