Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations and office administration at our Chennai office. The ideal candidate should have strong HR management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to independently manage employee-related functions and administrative activities. Candidates with prior experience in the media industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Handle payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR policy implementation.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and performance management processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee office administration, facilities, vendor coordination, and day-to-day office requirements.
• Ensure a productive workplace and coordinate with management on HR and administrative matters.
• Support workforce planning, employee retention, and organizational development initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR operations and administration.
• Proven experience managing the complete employee lifecycle independently.
• Good knowledge of HR policies, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in the media, digital media, or entertainment industry.
