Job Summary

Exp - 3 to 5 years - HR professional, with strong recruitment and people-management experience, preferably with retail or multi-location exposure and comfort working in a fast-moving store-launch environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare store-wise manpower requirements.
• Source, screen and recruit store employees.
• Coordinate recruitment agencies and hiring pipeline.
• Manage onboarding, induction and training.
• Align manpower deployment with launch schedules.
• Maintain employee documentation and HR records.
• Support attendance and payroll inputs.
• Work with store managers to ensure staffing readiness.
• Support HR policies and operating procedures for Mumbai stores.
