Atluri Holdings is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across our diverse business verticals, including Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate, Professional AV, Events, and Corporate Operations .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment & manpower planning
• Manage onboarding, employee engagement & employee relations
• Drive performance management, KRAs/KPIs and appraisals
• Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination & HRMS
• Manage compensation, benefits, PF, ESI, gratuity & statutory compliance
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes
• Handle grievances, disciplinary matters & conflict resolution
• Drive training, development and employee retention initiatives
• Prepare HR MIS and reports for management review

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience
• Significant experience in an HR managerial/leadership role
• Hospitality industry HR experience is mandatory – Hotels/Resorts/Hospitality Operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience across the complete employee lifecycle
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills
