Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The Human Resources Manager will manage HR documentation and compliance, coordinate training and development programs, and support workforce planning aligned with business needs. The position involves working closely with leadership and department heads to maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment, handle conflict resolution, and ensure consistent application of HR processes. The role also includes monitoring HR metrics, recommending improvements, and supporting organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and talent acquisition to build and maintain a qualified workforce.
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to support a positive and productive workplace.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements applicable in India, particularly in Kerala.
• Competence in HR administration, documentation, and use of HRIS or related software for maintaining accurate employee records.
• Ability to design and implement training, development, and onboarding programs to enhance employee skills and retention.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated capability in change management and supporting organizational growth in a manufacturing or construction-related industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English and local languages (such as Malayalam) is preferred for effective communication with the workforce.
