Key Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Lead employee relations, performance management, and employee development programs.
• Develop talent management and succession planning strategies.
• Coach leaders and supervisors to strengthen leadership effectiveness and team performance.
• Promote a positive, performance-driven culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and federal and state employment laws.
• Proven ability to influence leadership, drive organizational change, and deliver results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• SHRM certification is a plus.
