JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a professional, experience, detailed orientated, Human Resource Manager HRM in our establishment.

SALARY: 400,000-600,000

ALSO NEGOTIABLE BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of BSC/HND in Human Resources Management. industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related discipline

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the oil and Gas, Engineering or Energy sector.

• Professional Certification Such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD is an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR policies.

• Experience managing payroll, staff welfare, training, disciplinary procedures, and workforce planning.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Management systems.

• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
