Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager leads practical, people-focused programs that help employees and the organization succeed. You’ll guide talent acquisition, employee orientation, performance management, benefits administration, workforce planning, and employee relations while maintaining accurate records and protecting confidential information. Responsibilities

• Lead human resources management, talent management, recruiting, HR sourcing, interviewing, and employee orientation.
• Oversee employee evaluation, performance management, training and development, succession planning, and affirmative action planning.
• Manage benefits administration, payroll processing, workers’ compensation, personnel administration, and HR data collection and entry.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, conflict management, change management, project management, organization design, and strategic planning.
• Maintain HR systems and records; support regulatory compliance management, employment and labor law, HR legal compliance, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and contracts.

Experience

• Experience in human resources, HR department operations, administrative work, and confidential information handling.
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management, human capital management, and workforce management.
• Strong communication skills and Excel data analysis; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRIS (human resources information systems), ATS (applicant tracking systems), and HR systems; platforms may include Workday, Oracle HCM, ADP, Paychex, Dayforce, Kronos, UltiPro, Paylocity, Taleo, Lever, iCIMS, Kenexa BrassRing, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or Salesforce.
• Payroll, recruiting, and social media management experience are useful; familiarity with multiple platforms is preferred, not required.

Pay: $45.00 - $52.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
