Human Resources Manager

Job Overview

The Human Resources Manager leads people operations, supporting effective management practices and a positive, well-organised employee experience. You will use HR systems and workforce information to guide decisions and help the organisation meet its people needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core human resources activities, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and policy administration.
• Manage and supervise HR team members, setting priorities and supporting consistent service.
• Maintain HRIS and ATS processes, records and reporting; use data analysis to identify trends and inform recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on HR matters to managers and other stakeholders.
• Your impact: Clear, timely HR guidance helps employees and managers resolve workplace matters and make informed people decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in human resources, management and supervising others.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with sound data analysis ability.
• Experience using HRIS and ATS platforms; Workday, Taleo or PeopleSoft experience is welcome.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and apply HR policies consistently.

Pay: £1.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 per week
