Role Description The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions for the on-site workforce in Rajkot. This full-time role includes managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and administering payroll and benefits in coordination with relevant departments. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and supporting performance management and training initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with leadership to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, while fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment. The position requires regular interaction with employees on the shop floor and in the office to address HR concerns and support organizational goals.
