Human Resources Manager ( HR)

• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard new employees.

• Prepare employment documentation and maintain accurate employee records.

• Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and workplace issues.

• Monitor attendance, leave, punctuality, and employee performance.

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Organize staff training, orientation, and development programs.

• Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labour laws.

• Manage disciplinary procedures when necessary.

• Promote a positive and professional workplace culture.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.

• Assist management with workforce planning and staffing needs.

• Coordinate staff welfare and engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

• Experience in a rea estate firm would be an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR practices.

• Previous HR experience is an advantage

Pay: From ₦200,000.00 per month
