Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment pipelines from sourcing to structured onboarding.
Mediate workplace employee relations issues and guide conflict resolution.
Ensure adherence to current employment laws and internal HR procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in this or a directly equivalent role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; SHRM/HRCI certification a plus.
In-depth understanding of national and local labor laws and HR best practices.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, empathy, and strict emotional confidentiality.
