Descrição da Vaga Job Overview We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on HR Manager to lead and oversee the Human Resources function for our Brazil operations. This role will be responsible for building structured HR processes, supporting business growth, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring full compliance with Brazil labor regulations. The ideal candidate should combine strong HR operational expertise with people management capabilities and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multicultural, and rapidly scaling environment. This position requires someone who can balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day operational execution. This role will work closely with regional leadership, department heads, Finance, Admin, and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations and a strong employee experience across the organization. Advanced English communication is required for collaboration with international stakeholders and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the overall HR operations for the Brazil office Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and internal processesEnsure all HR practices comply with Brazil labor laws and internal company standardsManage the full employee lifecycle including: Recruitment, Onboarding, Probation management, Employee movement, Performance reviews, Offboarding Support Talent Acquisition activities and workforce planning in partnership with business leadersOversee attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentationCoordinate payroll, benefits administration, and HR vendor management together with Finance and external providersManage employee relations matters and support conflict resolution when necessaryDrive performance management and employee engagement initiativesPartner with department heads on organizational development and manpower planningMaintain and optimize Lark/ HRIS systems and employee data accuracySupport company culture building and internal communication initiativesPrepare HR reports, operational updates, and workforce summaries for leadershipSupport office setup, HR administration, and cross-functional operational coordination when requiredContinuously identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency, structure, and employee experience

Must Have

Strong experience in Human Resources management and HR operationsSolid understanding of Brazil labor law, HR compliance, and employee relationsExperience managing:HR operations Employee lifecycle managementAttendance and leave administration Payroll coordination and HR compliance Performance management processesHR policies, SOPs, and internal governanceTalent Acquisition and recruitment operationsHRIS and employee data management systemsOnboarding and offboarding processesEmployee relations and workplace issue handlingCompensation and benefits coordinationHR reporting and workforce documentationStrong understanding of organizational structure and workforce planningExperience supporting managers and leadership on people-related mattersStrong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict management capabilitiesAbility to work independently and drive execution with minimal supervision 5 years of managerial-level building or improving HR structures and workflowsProfessional English communication skills
