HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (HRD MANAGER)

About the role

The Human Resources Manager (HRD Manager) will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives. This role oversees all HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. The position leads workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives
• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and talent development
• Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
• Oversee payroll processes, BPJS administration, PPh 21, and employee benefits
• Develop performance appraisal systems, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives
• Lead, manage, and develop the HR team to achieve departmental objectives
• Prepare HR budgets, workforce reports, and management presentations
• Provide strategic HR advice to senior management and support business growth

About you

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
• Proven experience managing end-to-end HR functions and leading an HR team
• Strong expertise in recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
• Familiar with BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, and HR compliance
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with senior management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• High integrity, strong analytical skills, and a business-oriented mindset
