Human Resources Manager JB-5581

A group of companies operating in the fields of raw material imports, manufacturing, logistics, and hospitality is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager.

The role combines broad managerial responsibility with hands-on involvement in executing HR processes, ongoing collaboration with managers and employees, and leading processes from end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for Human Resources across all companies within the group.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to managers on employee management, employee relations, labor law, performance, retention, and employee development.
• Manage and execute the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, mentoring, ongoing support, employee meetings, disciplinary hearings, and termination processes.
• Lead and personally execute end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of positions, from factory workers, drivers, and field employees to headquarters, professional, and managerial roles.
• Conduct sourcing, CV screening, interviews, reference checks, salary offers, and employee onboarding.
• Take responsibility for foreign workers, including recruitment and onboarding, monitoring work permits and visas, employment conditions, and coordination with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
• Take full responsibility for employee welfare across the group, including team-building activities, company events, gifts, welfare initiatives, and activities aimed at strengthening employee engagement.
• Lead employee performance evaluation, retention, and development processes.
• Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, workflows, and routines, including monitoring and analyzing workforce data and HR metrics.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of management experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in a hands-on HR role, independently executing HR processes alongside management and leadership responsibilities.
• Significant experience recruiting for a wide range of positions and employee populations.
• Experience supporting managers and independently handling employee relations processes.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and practical experience conducting disciplinary hearings and managing employment termination processes.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and responsibilities.
• Strong leadership skills, initiative, assertiveness, excellent interpersonal skills, and a broad organizational perspective.
