Human Resources Manager (Logistik)

Job Responsibility

1. Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.
2. Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR administration.
3. Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
4. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and corporate governance standards.
5. Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, high-performance work culture.
6. Oversee HR operations, HRIS, payroll coordination, and employee documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
7. Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to improve organizational performance.
8. Provide guidance and coaching to managers on people management, employee relations, and performance issues.
9. Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and provide insights to support management decision-making.
10. Collaborate effectively with local and foreign stakeholders to ensure HR practices align with business needs.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.
4. Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
5. Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or other operational industries is preferred.
6. Experience working in multinational companies or joint ventures is an advantage.
7. Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
9. High integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS; able to analyze HR data and prepare management reports.
11. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English, both written and spoken. Proficient in Japanese is an advantage.
