  • Collaborate with local talent agencies, ITIs, technical institutions, and community channels for blue-collar recruitment.

2. Statutory Compliance & Industrial Relations (IR)

  • Ensure strict compliance with all local and national labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, EPF, ESI, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Maternity Benefit Act, and Contract Labour Regulation Act).
  • Handle plant inspections, audits, and statutory filings required by government authorities and labor boards.

  • Coordinate with payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary distribution, incentive payouts, and statutory deductions.
  • Manage third-party manpower agencies, ensuring contractor compliance, vendor agreements, and wage verification.

4. Safety, Health & Factory Welfare

  • Work closely with Safety Officers/EHS teams to enforce factory safety protocols, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance, and accident prevention standards.
  • Facilitate regular health check-ups, manage factory canteen facilities, transportation, and first-aid operations.
  • Lead statutory committees (e.g., Health & Safety Committee, Internal Complaints Committee/POSH).

5. Training, Performance & Engagement

  • Organize orientation and safety onboarding programs for newly hired operators and technical staff.
  • Implement performance management systems (KPIs/KRA tracking) for administrative and supervisory staff.
  • Identify skill gaps and organize technical, soft skills, and safety training sessions.
