Role Responsibilities

• Walk through your current HR and payroll software stack.
• Describe how you use features to manage employee data and compensation.
• Compare your current tools with platforms you have evaluated or used before.
• Discuss the workflow needs and challenges of managing HR in an SMB.

Requirements

• Work as an HR manager, payroll specialist, or operations leader at a small or medium-sized business; HR generalists, benefits administrators, compensation analysts, and business owners who directly manage payroll are also welcome.
• Have direct experience evaluating, implementing, or using business HR software suites.
• Be familiar with the competitive landscape of HR software.
• Be comfortable discussing administrative workflows and software features.
