Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is a B2B e-commerce platform whose investment base originates from Singapore and is located in Jakarta, Indonesia, was founded in 2022. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs and shop-owners to pursue their business dreams with our strong supply chain capabilities and reliable e-commerce platform.

Location: North Jakarta (PLUIT) - Full WFO (5 days)

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day HR administrative to business teams.
• Assist as HRBP in handling employee related requests and HR operational matters.
• Manage and maintain HR documents, employee records, and HR data.
• Prepare contract agreement for employee
• Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Coordinate with relevant HR teams to ensure HR requests are properly handled and followed up.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on HR-related processes and activities.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major

• Good proficiency of Mandarin both written and verbal

• Had minimum 1-2 years experience in HR administration and Employee Relation

• Familiarity with HRIS, MS Excel and MS Office

• Fundamentals of Human Resource Management or similar field

• Eager to learn about HR related issues

• Easily adaptable to tasks and environment

• Eager to learn more about HR related issues and support for projects
