Human Resources Officer (1-year contract)

**FSE Engineering Group Limited,**a member of FSE Lifestyle Services Limited (Stock Code: 0331.HK) is one of the leading E&M engineering companies in Hong Kong.  To cope with our continuous growth and development of the business, we are now seeking for the following capable individuals to join our HR & Administration Department at Kowloon Bay office.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience gained in sizable companies, preferably in recruitment and C&B administration works
• Experience in HRIS applications and familiarity with the HR2 system is an advantage
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and HR-related Ordinance
• Good communication skills, well-organized, meticulous and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available would be an advantage
• This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of renewal

Duties:

• Perform Hong Kong payroll administration, including monthly payroll, ad hoc payments, fund requests, taxation and annual activities
• Perform compensation & benefits administration, MPF administration and manpower planning
• Handle the C&B related enquiries from employees
• Maintain payroll schedules, SOPs, policies and procedures
• Support on employee relations activities
• Support audit and ad hoc projects when required
