Human Resources Officer (C&B)

Responsibilities:

• Execute the end-to-end Compensation & Benefits function for front line workforce, including onboarding and offboarding processes, salary payments, commissions, incentives, deductions, final payments
• Coordinate and manage the monthly leave and attendance, partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure timely data collection, validation, and submission within established deadlines
• Own the administration, renewal, and ongoing management of medical insurance and life insurance
• Assist in prepare regular HR related statistics and reports for management review
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, payroll, or related HR functions
• Must have hands-on experience in full-cycle payroll processing, preferably with commission structures
• Proficient in Microsoft excel skills (formulas, calculations, data validation, and reporting)
• Strong numeric sense with high accuracy and efficience; able to work under a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, good team player and able to meet deadlines with good time management
• Good commend of both Cantonese and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
