Human Resources Officer

1. Assist in full spectrum of C&B operation including but not limited to payroll calculation, benefits, insurance, taxation, pension administration
2. Maintain employee personal data, leave record and attendance records in HR system
3. Assist in the work injury submission and case follow up
4. Participate in HR projects and ad hoc HR initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in the property management industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Human Resources Officer
