Human Resources Officer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Owner role based in California, United States for Macif Santé Prévoyance. The Owner is responsible for setting the overall vision and strategic direction of the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals in health and protection services. Daily responsibilities include overseeing operations, guiding department leaders, reviewing financial performance, and making data-informed decisions to improve efficiency and service quality. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. The Owner also leads business development initiatives, evaluates new market opportunities, and fosters a culture of accountability, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement across the organization.

• Strong strategic leadership and business management skills, with experience defining and executing long-term plans.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and interpret financial reports for decision-making.
• Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and partnership development.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance practices in health, insurance, or related sectors.
• Proven skills in team leadership, talent development, and creating inclusive, high-performing work environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational and service quality improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent ownership/entrepreneurial experience is an asset.
• Ability to work on-site in California, United States, and commit to full-time leadership responsibilities.
