Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities：

• Responsible for junior level hiring and onboarding process
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
• Provide support in the administration of payroll and employee benefits, such as processing leave requests and medical insurance
• Conduct orientation and prepare onboarding documentations including employment agreement and company letters
• Assist with preparing related HR report for management review
• Provide general HR support and guidance to employee in a timely and professional manner
• Any other tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements：

• Degree holder with at least 3 years’ experience in Human Resources
• Experience in hospitality/ listed company/ large organization will be highly preferred
• Solid experience in talent acquisition is required
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance
• Proficient in Excel/ MS Word/ PowerPoint
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work independently, detail-minded with good numerical sense
