Human Resources Officer

How You Will Do It:

• Be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, C&B, taxation, training, performance management and employee relations
• Assist in annual HR projects such as Annual Salary Review, Performance Appraisal
• Support any ad-hoc projects as assigned****

What We Look For:

• Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in HR field, preferably in retail industry
• Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, initiative, well-organized, with flexible personality, able to work under fast pace environment, and good team player
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Literate in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability is preferred

**Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer**
