We are seeking an organized HR Officer to support daily human resource functions and smooth workforce operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support.
• Coordinate training and staff development programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of HR or administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proximity to Berger is preferred.
