Human Resources Officer

• Shortlist and categorize candidates based on role requirements, schedule interviews, and conduct interviews as required.
• Verify candidate documents in accordance with PQR (Professional Qualification Requirements).
• Issue job offers to selected candidates and follow up regarding offer acceptance/rejection and tentative joining dates.
• Coordinate pre-employment medical checkups and ensure candidates are medically fit to join the hospital.
• Apply for facility licenses for candidates and ensure timely completion as per onboarding requirements.
• Apply for Medical Malpractice Insurance once the required license is issued.
• Process employment visas and labor permits for candidates.
• Process health insurance for employees.
• Conduct HR induction sessions prior to onboarding.
• Manage the complete onboarding process for newly joined employees.
• Prepare and distribute welcome kits on employees’ first day and facilitate introductions to Senior Management and Department Heads.
• Maintain employee records and files in compliance with JCIA requirements.
• Manage employee time, attendance, and leave records, and provide relevant data to the Finance Department for monthly payroll processing.
• Monitor employee performance, including probation periods and appraisal cycles.
• Process, monitor, and track new and renewed employee visas and labor permits.
• Prepare monthly manpower reports and KPI reports.
• Coordinate and facilitate the end-of-service process for resigned employees.
