Human Resources Officer

**We are looking for a Human Resources Officer based at Aberdeen Marina Club!

As a Human Resources Officer​​​​​, we rely on you to:**

• Support the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits and staff relations
• Provide administrative support including regular HR reports and database maintenance, update and analysis
• Have hands-on approach and able to handle general human resources tasks independently
• Coordinate staff activities and employee relations programmes
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

We are looking for someone who has:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 - 3 years relevant experience in related professions
• Sound knowledge in various labour-related ordinances
• Experience in handling recruitment and workmen compensation cases will be a definite advantage
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, independent with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
