🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment and selection activities

• Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies

• Coordinate and arrange job interviews

• Prepare employment contracts

• Manage employee onboarding activities

• Maintain accurate employee records

• Support HR policies, procedures, and initiatives

• Provide administrative and ERP system support
