Human Resources Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews to fill open positions.
• Collaborating with Other Departments: Working closely with the other departments to understand staffing needs
• and define job requirements.
• Promoting Employer Brand: Enhancing the company’s reputation as an attractive workplace through various
• recruitment channels and events.
• Improving Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive, smooth experience for candidates from application to on
• boarding.
• Monitoring Recruitment Metrics: Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as hiring cycle time and
• turnover rates, to improve recruitment processes and reduce employee turnover.

Role Summary & Fit:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related social science fields.
• Entry-level (0–1 years). FRESH GRADUATES ARE ELIGIBLE if they completed an HR or recruitment internship.
• Core Competency: Familiarity with End-to-End Recruitment (sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, scheduling, background checks, and onboarding assistance).
