Human Resources Officer

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Officer on behalf of our client, a leading international technology company. In this role, you will support the HR team with majority in workforce data management, internal guidelines adherence, and internal HR audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Data Management & Reporting (50%)

• Extract HR system data to generate routine workforce reports, prepare and update HR reporting dashboards on a regular schedule.
• Conduct data review and cleansing on raw data to ensure all employee records are accurate and up to date.
• Identify and resolve basic data errors, missing information, or system sync issues.

HR Internal Audit Coordination & Policy Review (30%)

• Review HR practices to ensure alignment with company internal policies and the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
• Assist in coordinating and following up on internal HR audit, prepare related presentation materials and data reports.
• Maintain organized, centralized filing for company guidelines.

Ad-hoc tasks & HR Projects (20%)

• Assist in ad hoc projects and provide routine HR support as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of general HR experience in Hong Kong (exposure to HR data management, or HR internal audit support is an advantage).
• Solid understanding of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) with high attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable communicating with internal stakeholders.
• Immediately available or available on short notice is highly preferred.
