Human Resources Officer

We would like your assistance in recruiting a qualified Human Resources Officer to manage and coordinate the company’s day-to-day HR functions.

• Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintaining personnel records and monitoring contracts and key deadlines.
• Coordinating payroll information, leave, attendance, benefits, and employee-related matters.
• Preparing employment contracts, letters, policies, and other HR documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with Jamaican labour laws and employment requirements.
• Supporting work permit and immigration processes when required.
• Coordinating staff training and performance evaluations.
• Managing employee relations and responding to staff queries.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding employee and company information.

Requirements:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least three years of relevant HR experience.

Strong knowledge of Jamaican labour laws and employment practices.

Experience with payroll coordination and work permit processes.

Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.

A high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
