Human Resources Officer

About The Role

Reporting to Group Assistant Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Officer supports various HR functions like talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and administrative tasks. The individual will gain experience in project coordination, data management, and reporting, while contributing to HR process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Energize and support all-rounded HR operations initiatives i.e. talent acquisition,  colleague relations and engagement, compensation and benefits, and executive administration
• Co-ordinate and assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR projects i.e. Group HR policy and process improvement, HRIS enhancement, colleague engagement
• Compile HR analytic reports for management review
• Support benefit enrollment and related follow-up
• Maintain and ensure updated data integrity in HRIS and personnel files
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

• A Degree with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 1 - 2 years' human resources experience in service industry ideally in hospitality sector
• Positive attitude, people-oriented and attention to details
• Knowledge of HK employment related ordinance
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft office programs is essential
