Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle Management:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Prepare competitive salary proposals and offer letters aligned with approved frameworks.
• Facilitate structured onboarding and track probation progress across markets.
• Coordinate exit processes and generate insights from exit interviews.
• Manage documentation, contracts, and compliance for subcontracted and outsourced personnel.

Performance Management & Talent Development:

• Coordinate quarterly and annual performance cycles across assigned regions.
• Support managers with PIPs, documentation, and coaching guidance.
• Assist with capability assessments, succession planning, and IDPs for internal mobility.

Organizational Development, Culture & Governance:

• Drive culture transformation initiatives and embed company values.
• Coordinate engagement activities, wellness programs, and staff welfare benefits.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change management projects.

Compensation, Payroll & Benefits Administration:

• Serve as the primary contact for payroll, salary, and benefits queries.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and support monthly payroll validation.
• Ensure all compensation decisions align with grade structures and policy guidelines.

Employee Relations & Labor Compliance:

• Act as first point of contact for employee complaints and conflict resolution.
• Facilitate compliant disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Monitor industrial relations climate across business units.

HR Operations, Records & Analytics:

• Maintain accurate and secure personnel files and HRIS records.
• Generate HR reports and workforce analytics to support decision-making.
• Provide operational support and collaborate with regional HR specialists.

Requirements:

• Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in an HR Officer role.
• Experience in Telecommunications, ICT, or Technology sectors strongly preferred.
• Exposure to multi-country or regional HR operations is highly desirable.
• Professional HR certification (CHRP, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
