Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions, such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations
• Handle all aspects of payroll administration including payroll calculation, final payment, leave management, employee compensation, MPF administration and taxation
• Handle full recruitment cycle including job postings, interview arrangement, contract preparation and on-boarding orientation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity;
• Prepare HR analytics, management reports and presentations for management
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administrative or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR generalist role
• Hands-on experience in payroll calculation and HRMS application
• Well-versed with Hong Kong employment ordinance and regulations
• Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
• Ability to work independently, proactive, organized, responsible, detail-minded and able to deliver timely and quality work
